loved it! but it's called tv static or tv fuzz. also alot of flashes do that thing (like snow's "ultimate naruto fan flash") I used to watch Robot chicken but it.... was a little.... too much.... gore.... for me..... ANYWAYS! GOOD STUFF! im A huge fan.
